| Description: | Employer Solutions Group, recently awarded as one of the best companies to work for in Utah is seeking a professional person to process payrolls for multiple clients, and prepare and file employer taxes. This position is a full time permanent position. Monday thru Friday 8 to 5. Excellent benefits & work environment. Pay depends on experience. |
| Duties: | Computes and disburses wages and salaries, deductions, taxes and other withholdings. Prepares and files weekly, quarterly and annual payroll tax payments. Posts payroll data and prepares routine reports and/or payments to government agencies, insurance companies and others. Calculates and processes special checks, reviews, edits and makes corrections and adjustments as needed. involved with payroll taxes and all aspects of payroll for multiple clients in multiple states. |
| Qualifications: | Applicants must understand & have experience with payroll tax laws, experience preparing and filing 940 & 941�s, and other state and local tax forms. Familiar with corporate income tax, successful candidate will have at least one year of payroll/tax experience, be detail oriented, have strong computer skills including EXCEL, and have strong analytical skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience in payroll administration required. Associate/Bachelors degree preferred. |
