Description:Our organization specializes in providing comprehensive Human Resource services including strategic HR, payroll, benefits, and risk management solutions to businesses. This position will handle a variety of sales related duties and will be responsible for developing new business.
Sales Representative will be working to market our services, demonstrate product solutions, and make formal presentations to entrepreneurs, key decision makers, and executive level business owners.
Duties:General Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
� Prospecting and closing sales accounts.
� Cold calling.
� Conducting presentations, both remotely and in person.
� General Internet and phone research.
� Database management.
� Providing the necessary documents to assist clients in the transition between the sales process and implementation.
� General client follow up and maintenance.
� All other sales related tasks required by management.
Qualifications:We are looking for an aggressive, high-energy, self starting professional sales person, who has 2 -5 years of proven success selling services or other intangible offerings. The successful candidate will be highly motivated and have excellent prospecting, new business development, and closing skills. He/she must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as great organizational and presentation skills. The ability to prioritize and complete multiple projects as assigned by management within the designated deadlines, is essential. This sales professional must also have strong business and work ethics and the ability to succeed in an independent environment.
Requirements: Computer proficiency in all Microsoft Office Products and Internet usage for research is a must. Previous PEO, payroll or staffing experience prefered.
Training and Compensation: We offer an attractive compensation package which includes a competitive base salary, comprehensive benefits, auto allowance, and performance based commission.
Full time position: Available immediately
Qualifications: Education: College Degree or equivalent experience.
Related experience: Minimum 2 -5 years of proven sales experience. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of B2B outside selling experience with concrete evidence of performance.
