| Duties: | � Responsible for internal recruiting including posting job openings, conducting over the phone and in person interviews, managing applicant tracking system, drafting offer letters, and conducting new employee orientation
� Handling on boarding and answering general HR questions
� Assist as needed in unemployment claims management
� Ordering and reporting background checks
� Compensation analysis
� Involved in various projects according to needs of HR department

| Qualifications: | � In pursuit of a college degree with an emphasis in Human Resources, business, or related field; or equivalent experience
� Willingness and ability to learn a variety of HR functions
� Strong skills in interpersonal communication, writing, and organization
� Ability to work with limited supervision and high motivation
� Able to handle confidential information with great sensitivity
� Good reasoning abilities
� Knowledge of human resource laws and regulations
