| Description: | Employer Solutions Group, recently awarded as one of the best companies to work for in Utah, is seeking a professional person to process payrolls for multiple clients. This position is a full time permanent position. Monday thru Friday 8 to 5. Excellent benefits & work environment. Pay depends on experience. |
| Duties: | Computes and disburses wages and salaries, deductions, taxes and other withholdings. Posts payroll data and prepares routine reports and/or payments to government agencies, insurance companies and others such as job costing, certified payrolls, garnishments, setup/maintain paid time off plans and accruals. Calculates and processes special checks. Reviews, edits and makes corrections and adjustments as needed. Involved with all aspects of payroll for multiple clients in multiple states. |
| Qualifications: | Applicants must understand & have experience with payroll tax laws. Successful candidate will be detail oriented, have strong analytical and customer service skills, and be able to find solutions. Also have strong computer skills, including Excel, 10-key by touch, multi-task, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. One year minimum experience in payroll administration required. Associate/Bachelors degree preferred. |
